What if a milestone slips?
We flag it as soon as it looks likely, show the knock-on effect and bring options to the next update.
Process
Every project follows the same spine, even when the details differ. Here is how it runs.
How it runs
Each step ends with something in writing, so the next one has a fixed starting point.
We visit or review the drawings, list the deliverables and agree what the project has to achieve.
A costed plan with milestones, responsibilities and dates is issued for the client to approve.
Vendors, deliveries and site access are scheduled, and the plan is checked against the site.
Progress is reported on a fixed rhythm, and a close-out pack completes the engagement.
Along the way
The questions that tend to arrive once work is already moving.
We flag it as soon as it looks likely, show the knock-on effect and bring options to the next update.
Only the client. Extra work needs a written variation before it starts, never a verbal yes.
On the rhythm agreed in the plan, usually weekly, plus a call whenever something urgent appears.
A decision-maker who can be reached, and access to the site when the schedule calls for it.
