About
The company behind the projects.
406PROJECTS INC is a project management company based in Red Lodge, Montana, led by director Jennifer Drinkwalter.
What we stand for
How we run a project day to day.
Good project management is mostly unglamorous: chasing a delivery, confirming a date, writing down what was agreed. We do that work so decisions rest on facts rather than hope.
- One plan that everyone works from, updated in writing.
- Weekly site checks against what the schedule claims.
- Budget tracked line by line, with variances explained.
- Risks raised early, with options rather than alarm.
The working principle is to tell a client bad news on a Tuesday rather than surprise them on a Friday.
