What we do

A project runs on the details that someone actually tracks.

We take a brief, turn it into a costed plan with milestones, and then keep that plan honest while trades, deliveries and decisions move around it.

Services

Services that carry a project.

Each one can stand alone, but they work best together on the same project.

  • Project Planning

Scope, budget and a milestone plan you approve before any work begins on site.

  • Site Coordination

Vendor scheduling, deliveries and on-site checks that keep the plan and the trades aligned.

  • Progress Reporting

Written reports with completed milestones, budget tracking and open risks, on a fixed rhythm.

  • Handover Support

A close-out pack with as-built notes, outstanding items and the dates each one is due.

A plan is only worth the paper it is on if somebody walks the site and checks it every week.

How we work

The plan is checked against the site.

Drawings and schedules are useful, but the ground tells the truth. We visit, compare what we see with what is planned, and flag anything that could move a milestone, a cost or a delivery date.

Before you start

Questions we hear first.

Short answers to the four things clients ask before they brief a project.

What kind of projects do you take on?

Building, fit-out and renovation projects where a plan, a budget and coordination between trades all matter.

Do you work outside Montana?

Yes. We are based in Red Lodge but travel for the right project; travel and time are shown in the quote.

How are fees set?

Usually a fixed fee for planning and reporting, and an hourly rate for prolonged on-site coordination, agreed in writing.

Can you take over a project already in progress?

Often, yes. We review the existing plan and contracts first, and say plainly what can and cannot be recovered.

Ready to brief a project?

Send the scope, the site and the dates you have in mind. We reply with the questions that matter and a clear next step.
